ICET Asia Development Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “Asia Development”) was established in Malaysia in 2011 with the approval of Chongqing International Trade Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “International Group”) to engage in real estate development business. The registered capital of the company is MYR10 million and the paid-up capital is MYR5 million. Asia Development now has 21 employees, including 5 Chinese employees and 16 Malaysian employees. The company is setup for overall development and implementation of Greenfield Residence Service Apartment.

 

The  Greenfield Residence Service Apartment Development Project, invested and developed upon the approval of Chongqing Foreign Economic and Trade (Group) Co., Ltd. and the International Group, is located in Mentari, Bandar Sunway, Selangor, Malaysia. It is the last piece of land available in this mature area for residential development. The project is conveniently and strategically located within mature communities and commercial activities likes, shopping centers, hotels, medical centers and recreational facilities.

 

The project covers an area of 5.57 acres (22,500 square meters) and consists of 3 blocks of service apartments (816 residential units), retail lot (23 units) and 7-storey podium carpark. The total construction area of the project is approximately 1,772,754 square feet (approximately 164,692 square meters), the saleable area is about 710,206 square feet (about 66,000 square meters), and the project started construction and launched for sales in 2016.
